KEYS TO UNLOCKING YOUR SHIFT
I recently read something by George Eldon Ladd. His explanation was excellent; “The modern mind focuses on chronology, sequences, and the passage of time. In contrast, the prophetic mind does not prioritize these concerns; instead, it is grounded in the present. Prophets view the future as a vast canvas that reflects God’s redemptive work, emphasizing its height and breadth. They recognize the ultimate eschatological visitations of God in the background but primarily concentrate on God’s will for His people in the present. This means they interpret the immediate future considering the ultimate fulfillment, without strict chronological divisions. As a result, they proclaim God’s ultimate will for His people in the present moment.”
While this explanation does not fully capture my voice, it conveys my thoughts as I present the case for the title of this book, which is a collection of prophetic perspectives for every season.
It is with this understanding that I invite you to journey through these pages with an open heart and a teachable spirit. Each message included here is intended not merely as information, but as an encounter—a divine invitation to listen afresh for God’s voice in your life. Whether you find yourself in a season of comfort, challenge, or transition, these words are meant to comfort, confront, and call you higher. My prayer is that as you read, you will sense the Holy Spirit impressing upon you the courage to obey, the wisdom to discern, and the faith to step boldly into what God has prepared.
